a.. SMS (Short Messaging Service) CallBack
a.. The callback service is designed to save you significant cost when
making local standard and international calls. In principle, the registered
caller sends an SMS which indicates the destination number the caller wishes
to call and in a few moments, the called will receive a call from the
company's callback system with the called party connected. By using the SMS
CallBack service, the caller can always enjoy discounted or free

b.. IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Callback
a.. The difference between SMS Callback and IVR Callback is instead of
sending an SMS to initiate a callback, the caller has to call the company's
callback system. The call will be disconnected immediately (missed call) so
that no charges will be incurred by the caller. The callback system then
returns the call and request the destination number from the caller and the
call will be connected in moments.

c.. SMS Conference CallBack
