V300 problems ??

Hi,

I just got my V300 phone from T-Mobile. But my phone keeps locking up.
The LCD screen goes blank and it does not power up when I press the
Power button.
I have to take out the battery and put it back on to start the phone
again .

Has anyone found a way to fix this problem ?

I have a v300 and it is great.

However, IIRC there have been some reports like this and it seems like there
was a firmware date/version before which the problems could exist. Again,
mine is fine. You might check with customer service as I can't recall more
than that.

I have a v300 and it is great.

However, IIRC there have been some reports like this and it seems like there
was a firmware date/version before which the problems could exist. Again,
mine is fine. You might check with customer service as I can't recall more
