v220 - software?

Hi - thank you to all you gurus who helped me out!

I'm wondering - what type of flash / flexware would make the V220 run more
efficiently? I heard about how people use the software for V600 and put
it into the V300 to make the V300 run better - is there something like
that for V220?

and where can I find out this information?

Thank you in advance - slowly learning how to tinker with the Motorola...
