Ugh! It's doing it again!

When I plug in the charging cable, it says "unable to charge". If I
unplug it and plug it in again and jiggle it just right, it'll start
charging.

I asked tmobile about this about a month ago and they sent me a
replacement phone, which does the exact same thing (although more
lately than it did at first)

Is this a known problem with the v300s? Is it a charger issue? Phone
problem? Battery problem? It's driving me NUTS!
