I picked up a V300 on T mobile yesterday (My first Motorola), and while
playing with a datacable, I managed to sync it with Outlook on my
machine.
Now, every now and then, the phone picks up my email and alerts me ...
while I love this feature when I'm on the road, when Im at home or
sleeping, i'd like to turn it off
Can I find the option to disable this? Can I hell!
So, where can I turn off the email receiving options?
Thanks!

I don't have an email messages entry in my messages folder, in fact the
only email listing I can find is an entry for email gateway (set to 500)
in my Message Setup screen.
Howcan I work out he firmware version I have, and whats the most recent
release? Maybe I'm out of date?
