I've been given a used Cingular Motorola 120t that I'd like to use to
replace my old AT&T Nokia 5160 (AT&T U.S. service). Is this possible
and what hardware/software would I need? Thank you all for your help!

You would have to reflash it. Unfortunately though AT&T will not allow an
outside esn to be registered on their system.
