V60I Lense Covers??

Hello everyone,

I have been searching all over for a place that sells the plastic
lense covers for the V60i phone, both the outer Caller ID cover
and the inside display cover. Does anyone know of a cell phone parts
store that sells them?? I found Cellular-Parts.com, but they are a
wholesale only retailer. Any info as to where I can get them retail
would be a great help.
