E398 Tools & SP2 ?

Hey all , just updated to XP SP2 & mobile Phone tools wont work ? , when I
start it up I get a " cant start phone interface properley " message & then
a phone shows up on my desktop that isnt mine & doesnt have the same
functions as mine does , anyone else run into this problem & is there a
patch/fix ? .

I've found that after a while I had multiple "USB Modems" installed when
plugging/unplugging the E398 from my PC (also XP SP2).
I removed them (phone and modem options on control panel), and then MPT
redetected my phone and it worked again... I also noticed that I have
better luck using MPT with the transFlash card out of the phone: otherwise
it seems to stay on "initializing" a long time...
