Good day to all. I have sent my Motorola v400 in for a second time to
resolve a problem with the phone not holding signals in week areas and
taking time to reacquire them when moving to strong signal areas. I have
compaired the reception to a v60g and the v60 performs much better. What I
would like to know is if there is anyway I can contact a technician
directly. I know that there tech support 800 number won't transfer me there
and I would like to know if anyone has a direct number. I would like to try
to prevent the phone frombeing returned with the statement we fixed the
problems before and can't do any more. I think I know one of the solutions
might be changing the network search to fast but being that it is a cingular
phone the menu is locked. Thanks for any help.
