V66 and aol im, possible?

Is it possible to have the aol instant messenger program on a motorola v66
phone. Its the fre phone on my family plan and my daughter is all pissy because
it doesnt have aol im. Can it be installed on this phone? I have a data cable.

There actually is a way to have AIM on the v66.. It's pretty annoying, though. You use text messages. Send a text message to the numbers below saying whatever is required for you to say.

For example, send a message to 4646 saying username password (where username is your daughter's username, with NO spaces in the username, and password is her password) .

It's a good idea to store these in the phonebook for easy access.

Format: #### - text required in message, if any = function

4646 - your username your password = sign on
4647 = sign off
4648 - username of the person you wish to add = add someone to your buddy list
4649 - username of the person you wish to delete = delete someone from your buddy list
4650 - list* = show buddy list (who's online, away, etc)
4651 - username of person you wish to set alert = set alert
4652 - username of person you wish to block = block
4653 - ?* = settings
4654 - username of person you wish to start IM with = send message
4656 - username of person you wish to unblock = unblock

(*you can send "list" or "?" for these messages, or you can just send a blank message)
