Life would be no fun then lol
This is why I buy my cellphones from Future Shop or Best Buy, that way I get
the extended warranty and don't worry about it. I have had 2 phones
replaced already, one from each of em.

Remind them of the sale of goods act (as amended) - a fault within 6
months is assumed to be a fault at the time of the initial sale unless
they can prove otherwise.
Check out uk.legal or uk.legal.moderated for the full skinny on what you
can do.
I assume you paid by credit card, in which case the credit card company
will also be jointly liable for any faulty goods under the terms of the
consumer credit act.
