I would like to copy the java apps that I have downloaded from the WAP
interface to my pc as a backup incase I lose my phone etc. How do I do
this? I have figured out how to copy them onto the phone I just haven't
figured out how to copy from phone to pc.

Use p2kman, look for the files names j2me0.jad and j2me0.jar and download em
to your pc, a copy will remain on your cell ya, rename them to the games
they are called after you download em. You 'may' need to use jadgen to redo
the jad files, but not likely, it depends where you got the games from. So
download the 2 files like I mentioned above, and just go up in numerical
sequance for the rest, ei: j2me1.jad and j2me1.jar, etc etc..
