Anyone upgraded from a V600 to the new RAZR V3 yet ?
If so, are there any significant differences in the software or functions
between them ?
I am particularly interested in anything which the V600 might have which the
V3 doesn't, as I am considering switching.
Thanks

Not really.
On paper, they are identical; the V3 is sold on build quality/looks alone
(V3 = V600 in anodized aluminium shell).
Hope this helps,

Identical apart from battery life, the V3 has almost 50% more standby
time.

Re: V3 v V600
I have just bought a V3 for myself and a V600 for my wife. The menus are exactly the same, identical
as far as I can tell. They have the same 5MB of memory too. The only difference apart from the
obvious shape as far as I can tell is that the V3 screen is 176 x 220 and the V600 screen is 170 x
220, The screen on the V3 is superior when used as a camera viewer but the camera seems to be of
similar quality. My V3 came in a flash anodised case with a leather phone case, belt clip, mono
earpiece/mic and usb lead. The V600 came with a bluetooth headset. The charging port on the V3 is
similar to that of a DV camera usb connector and very nice, it also doubles as the charging port.

Golly. A charging port which doubles as a charging port... how, erm,
useful!
I know what you intended, though - the charging port doubles for data
communications too. It's a very neat idea to use mini-USB as a
connector.
