Actually there are MP3 (wave) to MIDI converters (e.g.,
<http://www.intelliscore.net/product.html>). Results are of varying quality
depending on the particular wave file and converter.

Re: Ringtone converter
Hi,
I have tried uploading mp3 from my computer to my V710 phone and it
keeps giving an error:
Unspported Format
(mp3 codec may be inappropriate or missing)
Any ideas on how to resolve this? Are there any specific settings for
the mp3 that are needed?
Thanks.

Re: Ringtone converter
If you have a problem with playing Mp3`s as ringtones, (be it copyright
or unsupported file) go to the nokia site and get multimedia converter
to convert mp3 to amr files these can be played on nearly all poly
phones as ringtones, it also `removes vodafone copyright`
