From limited testing so far it seems fine. Very similar in 'look' to
the version shipped with the V3 but syncronisation with Outlook
(contacts and calendar) now works. The Multimedia Studio now includes
Mobile Explorer, Image Studio, Melody Studio, MMS Studio and Video
Studio to aid creating content.

Will it sync to the Palm desktop, or only Outlook?

No, games and apps are protected by copyright, plus that's what the MIDway
tool is for
get it from the motocoder.com site.

I only saw sync options for Outlook and OE in addition to MPT itself.

I just got the new version for my new V180.
The software detected the files from my old Siemens AG data exchange
program and I modified it somewhat and transferred the data to the
Motorola. Worked like a charm.

Unfortunately, it seems to still have the bug that prevents sync-ing from a
phone that has imported pictures associated with caller id.
BTW, I have had the program for about a week and a half because my version
2.11 automatically downloaded the upgrade at that time.
