I want to download a short MP3/.wav file to my Motorola V60s from my
desktop as a custom ringtone. Can anyone tell me if this Motorola
software (Mobile PhoneTools v. 2.0 #98571 with USB cable) would enable
    me to do this?

There is so much discussion on this forum of SMS, MIDI, etc., etc., I
can't even tell if this is the proper software or not.

Any help offered would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    LesinTN

the v60s and v60p will not play mp3 ringtones, and only play midi and
imelody ringers, but mobile phonetools can be used to transfer ringtones and
pictures to phones that support this.
