How do I delete pre-installed pics from V400??

New Cingular V400. I can delete pics that I took or got emailed to me but
the pre-installed pics don't show an option to delete when I hit the menu
button for them. Some even show a small lock on the icon. I hate these
stupid pics and will never use them. How can I get them off my phone?

What is p2kmanager software? I heard of a p2k driver and I have a copy of
TrueSync that is not installed that needs a p2k driver. I have installed
MMPT 2.21b and I can't do it from there.
