I was looking for any websites that have any free keypress ringtones
for the motorola V551. i've looked and i cant find any for my phone.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

any thing for the V300, V400, V500, V600 series works just fine on the V551.
All take MP3 or MIDI ringtones.

Every operator seems to what their own model number so that just confuses
everybody, including those who make ringtones.

I just was looking for the same thing. I have discovered the following. Most of the websites have *mmf files, that are not accepted by V551. It does accept Imelody (*imy) files through bluetooth. Great website is
http://ringtones.perbang.dk/
I have downloaded them, and then beamed it to v551. It accepted it and made it a ringer.

Do a search for MP3 Sound Effects in google and you will find lots of
free ringtones. Download them and transfer them to your phone.

If you like Music clips, go to Walmart.com's music section. They have
clips for every CD they sell.

I don't what exactly some motorolas support, but if they do support
mmf, midi or wav files...., you can download free polyphonic and free
voice ringtones to your pc from this site: http://www.all-ringtones.biz/
