mobile Phone Tools Update Question

It is easy to update to the current version of MPT although the update
time can be significant with a dialup line.

Is there a way to save the results of an update so as to minimize the
time should you have to reload your system? The update files are all
stored in the Windows Documents and Settings directory but are
compressed with a unique extension.
