    If you really must have a Motorola phone I suppose you could use one of
    their smartphones.

    For heaven's sake, all they have to do is to listen to their customer
    and fix their dumb and primitive phonebook programs. Perhaps if they
    really care of their customer, they fixed that a while ago.

    Well, I'm still in the trial period, so, I'm looking around for the
    alternative.

    You could always get a Nokia, heaps more user friendly than a Motorola!

    Yes, that's the things. IMO, they are concentrate on the wrong stuff.
    Fix the phonebook, how hard is it anyway? Why can't they pay just
    another extra engineer to just rewrite the phonebook program?

    Well if they are not prepared to fix a problem then maybe you are better
    off looking at another brand.

    And maybe the difference isn't all that great as compared to other advantages.
    Just like Motorola before it, Nokia has been losing market share because it
    has failed to best serve market requirements.
