Hi all -- just joined up.

Need some help with the following issue. If anyone can assist it would
be a great help.

I have a Bluetake dongle (BT007) installed. Actually a PN21 module
installed in a Shuttle XPC.

The software for this was installed successfully using the updated
drivers from their site (version 1.3.2.7 - to support Headset for PC
audio files). The hardware and the software were working fine.

However, when I installed the software (Mobile Phone Tools version
3.11h) for my mobile phone (Motorola V3) the original software for the
Bluetooth will no longer function.

Two error messages are coming up.

1. When the bluetake software starts to load up 'ERROR - Unable to
start the Bluetooth Stack Service'

And

2. When I click on the icon for My Bluetooth places 'My Bluetooth
Places could not connect to the Bluetooth Stack COM server (Bt Stack
Server.exe).

I have tried uninstalling the bluetake software and reinstalling it
over the existing Mobile Phone Tools software but I still get the same
error messages.

Do I need updated software from Bluetake (1.4.2.10) to work with the
Motorola ?

My OS is Windows Home XP SP 2 on PC.

The MobilePhone Tools software actually works fine via the USB cable
link it s just that its knocked out my existing Bluetooth software.

Can you please help.

Thanks
