after trying 3x putting subsidy cod unsuccessfully (I guest wrong cod),I

Send it to a vendor that unlocks phones using software or an unlocking
clip. You can no longer do anything with the keypad after 3 unsuccessful
attempts.

It happened to me too, but on a V551. Some place on the net it said to leave
it on, when it says call service provider, after 30 minutes or so, it will
return to enter Sub number.
