V3 & AIM setup

I just got my new V3 on Saturday. I've got all my features working except
for AIM. Other than the typical screen name and password, is there anything
else I need to do to make it work. Everytime I try to connect, the
connection fails. It's not due to weak signal; I've tried it in an area with
"maximum" signal.

Thanks,
Charlie

Re: V3 & AIM setup

i've been having the same problem too.. US models of the RAZR are crap
phones, i prefer the overseas model for their features and flexibility
to do more, even though i knew the risk of not having certain features
built in (AIM, cingular stores)

AOL/AIM support has been useless.. according to AOL, they dont give
support to non paying users.. after three weeks of searching online and
making series of phone calls, i've found all but the POST URL..
however, without the POST URL, IM still wont work.. but if you still
need them, i'll post up what i have once i get home tonight..
