Is yours missing . . . . ?

Got my V551 phone from Cingular Orange store. Every place that supplies
specs on this phone, even_Motorola themselves_, says this, "preloaded with
"FotoFun" photo editor".

Well, it's not preloaded in my phone, was it in yours?

Calling Cingular many times on this just results that they did not know
this and are checking on it. In other words, run-around.

I have not see it on mine. If Motorola says it should be there I would have
them walk you through the steps to find it. If it is not there & they still
say it should be, have them replace your "defective" 551.

If you buy the v551 directly from Motorola you would get this fotofun photo
editor, but Cingular customizes their phones as they see fit. They
obviously decided not to include this feature. Its a java program that you
can download off the net if you know where to look. btw, the program is
crap so wipe away your tears. Download your pics onto your computer using
bluetooth or a data cable + mobile phonetools and edit the pics to your
hearts content with REAL photo editing tools.
