I just got my V260 phone and notice 2 things. I am wondering if these
are problems with the phone or design flaws?
1. Datebook events.
I'll set an event example. Monday at 12:50pm a 'lunch is over, get
back to work' event with a duration of one minute and a 10 minute
prior alarm. I'll copy this event to Tuesday-Friday. Monday comes, the
reminder goes off at 12:40 as scheduled. Tuesday comes, the same thing
happens. All is well. (The phone has been left on throughout this
entire period.) Tuesday night I turn the phone off to charge the
battery. Wednesday morning I turn the phone back on. As soon as the
phone initializes, I immediately get alerts for 2 events... Monday and
Tuesday. Days that have gone by! If I let the phone on for 2 weeks,
and finally turn it on, I get 14 sequential reminders! Looking for
ideas on this one.
2. The S9610 hands free install kit.
I'll put the phone into the car. All is well until... I turn the car
off and let the phone power down. After I start the car and the phone
turns back on, I have no voice dial commands. The right hand button is
dead! If I take the phone out of the cradle while on, the button now
works and will continue to work as normal even after I put it back in
the car kit, until I let the car kit turn off the phone. (And please
don't tell me to set the phone to stay on when the ignition is off,
that really is not an option). Looking for ideas on this one as well.
Thanks for any suggestions!

1. dunno 2. try setting tools/car settings/power-off delay to have the
phone on when the car is terminating power.
