NOTE: Please notice, no profanity, no threats, no 12 year old attitude. Just
a mature professional businessman who has been faulted, and wants to spread
    the word. Decide for yourself.

To any and all sellers, commercial or private sellers. If you have always
wondered "How can anyone complain about PayPal, always been good to me?"
Well I guess it is a matter of time. I just had a 100% chargeback of a
Wireless Phone Sale, where the in my policies I clearly *****ed our AS-IS in
a seperate color and in bold. After the user leaving glowing feedback"Great
phone from a great seller" 45 Days later he sends an email that the phones a
lemon and then 23 hours later he files a complaint with PayPal. (To this
date, I only know that the phone is a "lemon" no symptoms, no description of
the problem), just a lemon In the 23 hours prior to filing, I sent an email
offering to help, and received NO REPLY.

I have just stated EXACT FACTS. No embelishment, no exagerration, FACTS. And
here is another little surprise they have. .

When the Complaint shows up on your PayPal transaction screen, you get a box
with 500 character spaces to respond (Keep in mind the Buyer had unlimited
space when he sent his email) Then when you are going through the response
steps, a window pops up that requires you to enter an address should the
decision go against you. It states that this not an admission of fault. But
in order to continue in the response process you must fill this in. I just
got an email after 39 days, and I quote" Thank you for agreeing to provide a
full refund to this buyer, including shipping and handling"
    I couldnt believe it.
Anyway, PayPal just showed its colors. I have probably paid some serious
money in Transaction fees in the last 2 years. Well they are going to be
history, hard to cut them right off, but I will phase them out fast. Anyone
that is using another payment service that they like, please post it up
here, cuase I am one pissed off guy.
