MOTOROLA MPX220 Will buy if can Do Voive memos

I really like the MOTOROLA MPX220. I cant seem to find out if can be easily
used as a Dictaphone. Im almost certain it can. But its ease of use. Can I
customize a key so that when I press it IM recording immediately.
