need help!!!

Does anyone know how to do email set up for a motorola v550? im trying to
send a email from my phone to my email account & its sayin set-up required.
I try to go into my email inbox & its says email message inbox requires set-
up. It then gives you the option to set it up, i pressed to do that &
there are so many different things on there, i havent got a clue what any
of them are. So if anyone has any idea please let me know. thanks xXx

You have to put the same data that in your pop3 email acount.
