Hi:
I just got my v710 and so far so good (almost). I keep my phone on vibrate
because I think the rest of the world doesnt need to know I am receiving a
call. I use wired headset when in my car. Should there be some
notification in my ear that a phone call is coming through, or should I just
get surprised that someone is talking to me? Does a bluetooth headset solve
this issue?

Re: v710 and wired headset
Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but, I have owned a 710 for awhile and, as I
recall, the phone will "ring" in a wired headset whether or not the phone is
set to vibrate. Same with the bluetooth headset. I use a Jabra and works
just fine.
Why not test it out once by calling yourself from your home phone?

Re: v710 and wired headset
Mine doesn't. It does vibrate, unless I set it to ring. I hate to muck with
the settings for something as frequent as a car trip
