V3 External Screen

I can anyone help me out with the following problem with my V3.
The external screen is blue,which means I cannot tell who is calling me.I've
tried master reset & I've also tried taking the battery out as I've been
told this can fix problems.I've also looked in the settings but cannot find
anything to do with the external screen.

Any help would be gratefully received

I just had mine repaired becuase of the same thing, have you dropped it

I cannot remember dropping it but I have got a 21/2 year old son !!!!

Could you tell me if it was expensive to get it repaired, also were did you
take it for repair?
