v600 one touch dialling setup?

Hi folks

Is there an easy and quick way to setup one touch dialling numbers on the
v600. I keep overwriting existing numbers when I do it through the
phonebook - is there a way to see a list of the one touch dialling 'slots'
and assign numbers from this list, with the existing numbers being moved to
an available slot elsewhere in the phonebook?
