    Hello,
    Is sending SMS through Motorola's MPTools - PC software - free of
    charge or does the phone company (Cingular) charges it?
    Any input would be much appreciated.

    You`re not sending SMS throug MPT, the phone sends the messages, you`re just
    writing them in your PC. Free of charge things are Science-Fiction nowadays.
