Getting the Latest Firmware

Hello -- after reading another thread I see that I don't have the
latest firmware. How do I get an upgrade?

If it's less than 1 year, call Motorola (or fill out the warranty service
form on the web page) and request it. Tell them you have poor battery life
and would like the firmware released to improve it.
