I'm not sure why I haven't figured this out yet, but is there a way to
store multiple phone numbers (i.e. home, cell, work, etc) under one
listing. I have tried but the number I want to add shows up as a
separate listing in my phonebook. I really don't need two separate
listings for the same person. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Can
    someone help?

    Thanks,

    MED61

did you read the manual? 1st store them on the phone, not the sim. change the phonebook setting to veiw primary contacts only. add a new entry into the phonebook, add the number, type of number, etc etc, scroll to the bottom and select 'more', choose what else you want to add, either number or email, repeat the same steps you used for the 1st number you entered, ie : add the 2nd number, type, etc, etc. Need to add a third number? choose 'more' again and add the info. you can add at least 4 numbers and several emails for each contact. when you're done, choose 'done'. Now select that entry and hit the menu key and choose the primary contact you want for that entry. Now when you look thought the phone book you should only see the primary contact you chose. If you want to see all of the additional entries, scroll and highlight it and hit the 'view' softkey and you can scroll though all of the additional entries you added. You can also use the right/left on the direction keypad to scroll through all of the entries for a contact, just pay attention to what entry you view last becouse it will become the new primary for that person.

also, if you do not want to see duplicates of all phonebook entries you cannot store numbers on the phone and the sim. There is a workaround however if you really want them stored on both. Sim entries are stored in the general cat. by defualt, so if you dont want to see duplicates, store all entries that you store on the phone in a different cat. than default. Then choose to veiw that cat only.
