I find it takes quite a while to come up, usually it goes to zero/one
bar, goes up to one bar, then sits there for a few hours, declares it's
done charging and goes to three bars.
I've yet to see two bars while charging.

In Video Setup:
Video Length = Max
Resolution = Low
Free space = 8123KB
Where else do I find relevant settings?
The bootloader was upgraded to 8.26 when I did the initial
flex/firmware update. At least it *should* have been but the
bootloader screen still reports v8.23, which is normal AFAICT from
reading posts on MotoModders.

Re: V3 Razr: KB used?
My settings are a little different:
Video Length: MMS
Resolution: High
Inbox Setup: MMS Message Setup: Size Limit: None
SEEM: 0032: Offset: 70: Bit 6 - On (1)
SEEM: 004a: Offset: 1D3: set value to 01
With your settings you'll only get about 6 seconds of record time. The
SEEMS are probably fine or you wouldn't have it at all.

It turned out that 004a:1D3 and another in 0032 needed setting. Now
that's done I have the "Styles"and "Quality" menus available, and
recording works. Thanks for the suggestions.
