I am not sure if this is the right forum but I will give it a shot.

I have a Motorola v180 with the basic media package. My ISP is Comcast.
Comcast has partnered with Snapfish for online photo sharing. One of the
options available is a free download of one of the photos I have posted to
my online album. The download can be sent to my v180 as a wallpaper. A few
weeks ago, I did this with no problem and the wallpaper was fine. Over the
past 3 weeks or so, the downloaded pictures are grainy and cropped. When I
check the resolution of the images being downloaded, they are coming in at
65x40, 2.12 Kb, gif format. Other downloaded images received from other
sites offering similar services (Pix2Fone, etc.) are 128x128, usually at
least 11 Kb and in gif or jpg format. Using the exact same picture. For an
unrelated reason, I had to exchange my v180 and the new phone has the same
problems. There are no Snapfish settings to configure. Just enter the cell
phone number and send it.

I have emailed Snapfish a few times and sent them the same information over
and over but am getting nowhere. I was just wondering if anyone else had
run into this? I am pretty sure it is a Snapfish issue since I can download
other pics fine.

Thanks for any help.
