    V635 Photo Problem

I can transfer photos to my PC OK with a TransFlash card reader, but
when I open them in Photoshop, I get these error messages:

    1) Could not open "F:\mobile\picture\09-09-05_1408.jpg" because an
unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found

    2) Could not open "F:\mobile\picture\09-09-05_1410.jpg" because an
invalid second SOI or SOFn marker is found

    3) Could not open "F:\mobile\picture\17-09-05_1922.jpg" because an
invalid number of colors is specified in the JPEG SOS marker.

the pictures won't open in Paint, Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, IE6,
    FlashMX 2004, or VB6

is the phone faulty, or is there a firmware/software update that may
    correct the problem.
The photos display fine on the phone.

BTW: there's no problem with photos taken on my old V220 phone.

    Re: V635 Photo Problem

I have the 635 and have never had any problems...I will say that maybe
you should xfer the photos to your computer first before you try to
open them directly from the phone...Give that a try..
