Razr V3 Replacement screen/Keys?

Hi,

just got a second hand Razr - the keypad is a little chipped and the screen
is a little scratched. Is it possible to pick up those parts and replace
them myself, and if so where can I get them and how much would it cost me in
the UK, roughly?

Ah, thanks Mike

How difficult will it be for me to replace the screen overlay and keys? I'm
reasonably good at that kind of thing...
