Synchronising V3 with Outlook using PhoneTools

Hi,

I installed PhoneTools a while ago - fine, everything worked. I synchronised
my V3 with my Outlook using it - again it worked, the first time.

Since then, whenever I try to synchronise again, it starts ok but then asks
me about one particular entry, which spans two weeks. It says "the entry on
the phone is different from on the computer; which do you want to give
preference?" I say "computer", and it then stops, says "Synchronisation
failed, click Summary for more information" but Summary isn't active. The
synchronisation hasn't taken place when I check the calendar in my V3. Any
suggestions as to why this might be and how to make it work?

try choosing selective sync in the edit menu of the main screen and
then go into out look and chosse sync options to change time frame.
