Another newbie question

I need to know if I can take a sim card from a V170 Tracfone and use it in a
non Tracfone phone. If so how? If not does anyone know if Tracfone will be
coming out
with a camera phone?

Probably not. Tracfone phones seem to have special firmware that do the
account value/time management on the phone itself. For the same reason, an
unlocked Tracfone phone will not work properly on another network.
