Ok... Sorry about the braindead question... When I got the V551, it was
set up so that it called my voicemail service when I pressed and held the 1
key. After I flashed the phone with a different firmware/flex image, that
feature stopped working. So... How would I go about setting it up to work
that way again? The "Speed Dial" section of the manual is pretty useless in
    this regard.

Cingular.com - Customer Service - Phones and Devices leads to a bunch of
tutorials, including this one, but it will probably lead you to an empty
"phone number" location. You'll have to get the number from your customer
    service.

Cingular is in the process of upgrading voice mail in various markets.
(Atlanta is scheduled for 10/5 and 10/6). Some changes are coming.

Put your voicemail access phone number into memory 1. Your service
provider can give you that number. Put a pause or two into the right
places and it will even enter your pin/password for you.
