Hi,
shouldnt it be possible to send out a file via bluetooth from the "my phone"
menu?
i'm having a hard time finding that option.
I can send contacts via bluetooth to another phone, but I havent figured out
yet how to send files (to another phone)
Maybe someone could enlighten me ?
regards
Mark

I'll try....
All I've ever transferred are ringtones, so as an example:
In the Sounds list, highlight the 'tone you wish to send.
Press the Menu key (the one between the softkeys)
Select 'Copy' (yup, thanks for that Motorola!)
If Bluetooth isn't activated you'll be asked if you want it on.
Search for available BT devices.
Select the receiving device from those identified.
I presume that other files are sent the same way.

send ringtones that were locked.

The mistake I made at first was expecting Motorola to include a 'send'
option, as manufacturers of my previous phones had. :-)
Good to hear it worked for you, anyway.

funny enough that there actually is a "send" option, when sending contacts
which is a little confusing.
my old phone also had a "send" option for everything else.
