I'm hoping that I can properly explain this issue and be able to find
an answer in this forum.
About seven months ago I bought a Motorola V620. Without doing any
checking or research I went on to the Motorola web site and used their
'Operator settings' tool to set up Picture messaging and web access.
What I didn't realise was the problems this would cause as I used up
all the spare 'slots' in web sessions, this meant picture messaging
never ever worked but web access did. I subsequently found out once
these 'slots' in web sessions are used up there is no way to delete
them from the phone….gee thanks Motorola.
Today I took delivery of a Motorola V635 and found as long as Vodafone
was set as the default web session 'slot', web access worked fine.
Conscious of my earlier mistake with my V620 I ensured I did not fill
all available web session slots on my V635 and only used the Motorola
'Operator settings tool' to send one config. text message to setup
MMS. All seems to be working fine.
I have passed my old V620 to my daughter who loves the phone but would
like to picture message, so what is the way you delete web session
slots from a V620. If I can do this I will be able to use the operator
settings tool on either the Motorola site or Orange site to config.
her phone for picture messaging.
Any help much appreciated and I hope I have explained the issue
clearly…….

Buy USB data cable to connect phone to your PC.
Download and install a free Motorola P2K phone file manager like P2KMAN.
Delete file: "WebSession" in the root of the phone's file system.
Restart phone. All "slots" are now empty.
