Seem edit on v547

Hello!

I'm using v547. I've tried to edit seem file (0032) to manage phone to read
provider name from SIM card (not from tower), and that counts SMS symbols
from zero (not to countdown from 450).

I'used TTC to edit Seem file. I've applyed the chaneges I made to file.
After that, I've uploaded seem back to phone. But the changing I've made,
took no effect.

SMS symols are still countingdown from 450 and provider name is readed
from tower?

What is the problem? Please, help me!
