motorola e815 question

Mobile phone tools does not detect my e815.
I did the update and I am running version 3.28b
Still does not see the e815, what am I doing wrong?

If that phone has the same cable as the v710, it's probably the cable
connector. I cannot get either of two v710's to make contact with the
cable without applying DeOxit *every time I connect the cable*.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I don't think anything is wrong
with my cable....I have been using it with my v260 with no problems at
all. There must be something else wrong, now to just try and find why
MPT does not see my e815.

You need to locate and install the drivers for the phone. I think you
can find a link for them in the E815 forum on phonescoop.com, I
actually think it was posted fairly recently.
