Razr v3c alltel NOT ALLOWED error msg

razr v3c Alltel
when taking a pic and pushing send to it says NOT ALLOWED anyone having the
problem? also a humming in ear piece when talking to someone and goes away
when backlights on phone goes off.tech at alltel said it was normal for this
phone

LOL Go outside and put a rock through this car window and when he gets mad
at you tell him it's normal for you to go do something like that when you

I had a similar problem with Nextel. A tech "refreshed" my account
and I lost the Premium Web and bookmarks and more. I had to call to
get it put back. Maybe check with AllTel to see if it happened to
you.
