A920 Blue Paragon Test screen ??

Just call me the cell phone dummy as I'm totaly clue less.

Anyone have any information about this problem?
I've been googling for hours but the links I've fond are no longer good.
Someone told me it needs a symbain OS reload.but I can't find any info on
that either.
