You don't have to but you can get the BootLoader upgrade easily at
www.motox.us.

yes ofcorse, I have visit motox.us and I have download boot loader and new
firmware, i have just download MultiFleshFlexTool version 1.8
and can I whit the same SW make upgrade for firmware AND the boot loader?
sorry for being borning, but I need to be shure in this what I doing to my
fhone...

Yes, install the bootloader just as you would a flash using MFF. Then
load your new flex and flash. Remember that a flex wipes your phone
clean so backup whatever you want to keep. If you follow all the
instructions on the Motox site all should go smoothly.

I have new problem. When I start my MultiFlashFlex.exe , my windows try to
find driver for 3 new devices :
Motorola Accesorys
Motorola MCU Data Logger
Motorola Test Command
but, it cant find it, noto on the cd, not on the net.
So it reports error and flesh tools cant detect my fone, so what to do??

You need to install Motorola PST, which also contains the MFF program
and all the drivers. The first time you install PST it will install
about 6 or 7 drivers. After that you'll be good to go. Do a search for
Motorola PST and you'll find an active link.
