cell phone phone book transfer software & cables for startac & e815

so far. I've found Data Pilot, snapsync, and truesync.

it looks like Data Pilot maybe what I need for startac 7868 & e815,
since it supports both.

I've looked at snapsync & truesync, but it only supports the startac.

I'm having a bit of trouble finding usb cables for the startac. are they
all serial cables?
