We have 9 v330 in our company and several are having freezing issues on both incoming and outgoing calls. The ones with more use are having the constant problems.. All Motorola did was send us 4 more V330's! They are not dropped calls, The display and phone just locks up. Sometimes we getting loud screeching sounds that require a quick removal of the battery to kill it..
Is anyone else having similar problems?

Not with the 330, but with the 300 -- V300s are famous for doing that, as
did mine. But when I "upgraded" (sidegraded?) to the V330 it stopped. It's
disappointing to see reports of this on 330s! Might be the reason Motorola
has dropped any mention at all of the V330 from their website (although they
still feature the old 300). My own V330 works flawlessly -- I got it at
Wal*Mart (in a T-Mobile pre-payed plan) cheap, then popped in my regular
SIM.
